Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, Counselling and psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. As all services are completed online, there is no travel involved, and you can receive quality, confidential help from your own home.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Dr Elisabeth Linn is an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. Having completed her Doctoral Training in Los Angeles, California, Dr Linn has been working with a range of individuals suffering from various mental health issues, both in the USA and the UK. She has specific training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. Most recently she has worked both at an inpatient Mental Health hospital and in the private sector.
Nicola Menaul (Regd. MBACP), completed her degree in Counselling in 2012 and has worked with clients in a range of settings including charities that help survivors of abuse, Mental Health Hospitals, Substance misuse services and the private sector.
Starting January 2021 we will be offering an online coping skills group primarily focused on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.

There are also issues related to the grief experienced following the passing of patients and colleagues. These reactions are normal, and to be expected.
