Our Practice
Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized psychological care. We treat and assess a number of mental health disorders, including BPD (EUPD) and ADHD. As all services are completed online, there is no travel involved, and you can receive quality, confidential help from your own home.

Psychology Services
Dr. Elisabeth Linn CPsychol is a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society. Dr. Linn completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology in Los Angeles, California. Since that time, she has worked with a range of individuals suffering from various mental health issues, both in the USA and the UK. She has specific training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. Most recently she has worked both at an inpatient Mental Health hospital and in the private sector.
In addition to regular therapy sessions, Dr. Linn also offers diagnostic Assessment for Adult ADHD and Personality Disorders.

Depression & Anxiety

Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Diagnostic Assessment
Dr. Linn is an expert in the diagnosis of a variety of mental health conditions including assessing for ADHD and personality disorders. Undergoing a diagnostic assessment can be an important step in accessing treatment or can better inform an ongoing treatment plan.
STATEMENT REGARDING ADHD ASSESSMENTS:
All ADHD assessments completed by Insight Therapeutic Services are done so following current NICE guidelines usMing a combination of the DIVA-5 and Conners assessment measures. The assessment includes a full patient history, including medical and mental health diagnosis and developmental history. Validated assessment measures specifically designed to assess for ADHD are completed by both the individual being assessed and an observer such as a spouse, parent, sibling etc. Following the assessment a session is arranged for any follow up questions and to discuss next steps and each client is provided with a full assessment report.
In order to provide an assessment a referral is needed from an NHS GP as it is important to know in advance if they will accept a private diagnosis.
